ROOT Periodontal & Implant Center - Fort Worth/Keller

I recently moved and sadly needed to find a new periodontist. I have been going to the same practice for many years and was nervous about changing. Much to my delight, it has been a fantastic experience! When I called the office, Samantha was kind and readily helped me get an appointment. When I walked in everyone stood up and greeted me! I feel like this is rare these days and it made me feel very welcomed. Most of the time when I walk into a doctors office, the ladies at the front desk barely look up. There is a very happy atmosphere in the office and it is evident that this team deeply cares about each other and their patients. Kylee and Amber both helped Dr Sheppard with my visit. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and I immediately felt comfortable. Dr Sheppard was actually far more thorough than my previous periodontist and she offered treatment that my previous periodontist never did (Im not sure that he had the newest technology in his office). Cindy helped me to understand my insurance and dealt very professionally with the money part of my visit. I am so very pleased with this practice and really wish I would have had this kind of experience at my previous periodontists office. I highly recommend Dr Sheppard and her team to anyone who needs a periodontist!

Dr. Sheppard and her staff are simply AMAZING. Ive had some major work done by Dr. Sheppard and will never use any other periodontist besides her! She does not accept insurance or payment up front but her staff will file all claims with your insurance and the insurance company will reimburse you directly. Dont wait or hesitate go see Dr. Sheppard. You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Sheppard and her entire team are the best I have ever dealt with. Cindy's hospitality is unmatched. Dr. Sheppard extracted my #8 tooth and did a gum recession surgery plus bone graft inwhich she'll be replacing it with an implant. I dealt with pain in the tooth for many years and now all that pain is gone. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard's office because this is now my permanent ROOT Periodontist. I would recommend anyone who needs specialized and/or treatments for your teeth or gums. I had periodontal disease and the team there was awesome. They answered all my questions, discussed treatment options, and explained to me in lamens terms what was going on with my teeth and gums and what they could do to fix it. From the phone call to their office, the consultation, the front desk employees, and the Dr. were amazing! On the day of my procedure I went in with all the confidence I needed, and I'm so glad I did!! The results are amazing! I would love to thank all the people I interacted with through my journey with Root Keller! Thank you so much to Courtney, Kylee, Amber, Cindy, Melanie, and Dr. Sheppard for giving me something to smile about again!
