I can't recommend Chad enough as a Lawyer! I recently had a very bad accident that caused me to be out of work for several weeks to almost 3 months. Myself and my girlfriend would have never thought we would have been in this situation in our entire life. As I sat at home trying figure out what steps to take with all these medical bills at the time and the additional ones to come to get back on my feet I knew I needed help. I was rear ended on the freeway and suffered a total loss of my vehicle and severe injury to my neck and back. Mr. Goetz seemed eager to represent me after initial consultation and seeing the pictures of the collision so I retained him. After more than two years of inaction he finally returned my calls and told me that he was not going to proceed against Geico Insurance who covered the party who struck me. It was a slam dunk case but with the statutes of limitations soon to expire it was tough to find an attorney willing to take the case, ESPECIALLY because Mr. Goetz had let it go so long then dropped it. By the time I WAS able to settle, all other parties that were injured due to that accident were paid and there was very little left in the payout for me.
