Quick and professional service on a Sunday. Much appreciated!! Turns out the fiber installers broke right into my main drain pipe with their big orange tube. Good thing Mr. Rooter took some pics for me.

The Mr Rooter I dealt with is the Farmers branch office. We were having issues with our outdoor faucets freezing so saw that Mr Rooter could be able to help us with this. Matt assessed the situation gave us a bid and installed frost freeze hose bibs and vacuum breakers at a cost of $1,793 on 11/6/23. Bricks also had to be removed in order to do the work. We had our first freeze on 01/16/24 and tried to use the outdoor faucets and both were frozen. We had taken precautions to protect these faucets even with the freeze protectors. We didnt let the company know as we figured there was nothing else we or Mr Rooter could do. However, on 3/26/24, we tried to add an adapter for a soaker hose. When the water was turned on, water was leaking from the back of the faucet housing. On 3/27, 3/29 and 4/1, I called to see if someone could come check this out. I was assured that someone would call me. No one did so my son-in-law reached out to them today (4/3). He actually got someone to come out. Jeffrey assessed the situation and determined that the warranty window was over. In order to fix this, our cost would be $800. From the time this initial work was done to the first freeze it was over 60 days. Again, we didnt question this because we assumed this was normal. However, with the water leaking at the housing when the water is turned on is, in my opinion, a totally separate situation. Mr Rooter is not taking responsibility for fixing this. Reputation is everything. It took 3 calls too many to get a response from them. This is totally unacceptable. We will no longer be using this company.
