        We have lived here for about 3 months now and it is very nice and staff responds to my requests (admin and maintenance) in a timely manner! It is also very safe which was a huge factor for us! The amenities are also wonderful and well-maintained :)

        Really expensive place. Stayed there for three years while leaving the apartment they charged me extra dollars for maintenance. Took my security deposit and charged me extra. They will rip you off. Just be careful with them.

        Where do I start. Cars getting broken into even tho we live right next the the police station? And on site security never seen them before or how about the trash not getting picked up for days stinking up the halls but yet we still get charged monthly for it to get picked up every day and oh if you leave it out for days you get fined for it but its okay for them to not pick it up so much for luxury also try calling the office they never pick up but yet they are always in the office

        I lived here for almost a year. The place was constantly dirty; hallway carpets stained, elevators not well maintained, dog poop everywhere. You can hear everything your neighbors do, and when theres even a bit of wind it is so loud due to lack of proper window insulation. The organization of packages is poor, packages were often stolen a lot, and our garage was broken into twice while we lived here. We even told the office and they did barely anything despite others complaining too. They over charge you for everything too and despite us paying a non refundable, cat deposit, and the cleaning fee for 150, they still tried to charge us 40 dollars/send it to collections for a tube of toilet paper and a fridge sign being left even though I cleaned the apartment before we left. You guys are wanna be slum lords and are crooks. Keep deleting google reviews, you wont have repeat residents even when you fool them into signing leases. Cant disguise ghetto as luxury no matter how hard you try.

      Hi Sandra! Thank you so much for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. We strive daily to improve the services we provide to all of our residents as well as our future residents. Our on-site courtesy officer is an off-duty police officer who works 7 pm - 8 am daily. If you have any issues or concerns, you can contact him through our office's answering service, and he is happy and able to assist you. We know that having the convenience of doorstep trash pickup has its pitfalls when some of your neighbors may not realize they missed the pickup time when setting their trash outside their front door. When our team sees this, we document it and issue warnings and, eventually, violations to reinforce the guidelines needed to keep a clean community for you. Please contact the office via phone, text, visit, or email for assistance with reporting a violation or for more information about our courtesy officer. If you call the office and are unable to get anyone, please leave a voice message so that the office staff can return your phone call. Again, thank you for your feedback.
