I would like to start off by saying thank you, my family will be forever grateful for all of Rocio's help. She did an excellent job from start to finish, explaining every step of the home-buying process as we went. She answered my texts/calls as fast as she could and always tried to find the best options for my family and I. With Rocio's help my husband and I were able to purchase our first home ( at a great price too!) I'm hoping to work with her more in the future. I absolutely recommend Rocio to anyone who lives in the DFW area she's great!

Just closed a transaction with Rocio. She represented the buyers in our transaction and was truly awesome to work with. Great communication and on top of everything. She took great care of her clients and was very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

I had been pursuing my dream of finally owning my house. I am a single mom of three and my youngest is Asperger; I wanted him to have the blessing of living in his own house. I tried for years and I just couldnt make it happen, until I met Rocio! She literally took in her own hands my dream, my finantial realities, put them together with her realtor knowledge and experience and she became my knight who fought on my behalf to make my dream come true. She got me lender options, after choosing one, she was the one putting things in order for my understanding of all the process. By the closing time, we had unexpected problems that were jeopardizing the closing deal, she did not give up on me, and Rocio, wow! not just my knight but my angel helping me to fix the problems to close the deal, signing the papers and today I am enjoying as well as my son of living in our own house! I will always and forever be grateful to Rocio! Her realtor knowledge but bottom line her heart!
