    I had waited two years to get to go furniture shopping in Forth Worth. I needed the big green light from my husband to go. I was so excited but also really didnt know colors or leather/fabric to even get couches and chairs ordered. I went to a couple stores and was not inspired by what I was seeing on the floor or by the people working there. I was getting the feeling Fort Worth was not going to have any stores that felt right. And thenI walked into In To The West and was greeted by Kelly and Natalie and ask if they could help me with anything and if I would like a water or a beer or wine, after the last two stores a beer sounded perfect. I told them the rooms I was looking to buy for and we got down to business. First was the couches and chairs and once I decided on leathers I just knew I wasnt going to be going to another furniture store. The showroom is so full of beautiful and unique furniture. I had the absolute best time. I bought a good bit off the floor and put orders in and then came back the next day and bought some more. I dont think they thought I would get all the pieces I wanted to take with me in my car but I surprised them. They were all such a pleasure to work with Natalie, Kelly and the whole family. Natalie was great on checking availabilities and get dates orders would ship. She set up delivery for the large pieces to be delivered. I got it delivered less than a week after I bought it. Hector and his guy were so professional and very polite and friendly. They worked hard and assembled whatever needed assembly and cleaned up after themselves. They were great. Now the hard part of waiting for orders to come in. I will tell everyone that I know how cool In To The West is. One stop and I got everything I ever wanted to decorate my house. With the best customer service. How can you beat that. Thanks for the amazing experience. I will be back for sure. Kathy

    I purchased two stone-covered cowskulls from Into The West, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite investing over $550 in each skull and enduring an exhausting 8-hour round trip to pick them up, the product quality and customer service have left much to be desired. The primary issue arose when attempting to hang one of the skulls. Almost immediately, stones began to fall off, and during our first attempt, two stones shattered upon impact. Upon reaching out to the owner, I was advised to glue the stones back on and was promised replacement stones. However, the adhesive proved ineffective, and the replacement stones did not match in color or size, leaving the skull riddled with missing pieces. The skull is laying in an empty room untouched I went into the room a few days ago, and another stone had randomly fallen off of the skull. Despite my efforts to address the situation, the owner displayed complete unwillingness to rectify the issue. There were no options for returns, no offer of a partial refund, no offer for a replacement. I was only met with a dismissive suggestion for me to drive 8 hours and drop the skull off so they could do what I tried to do and glue the pieces back on. And then drive another 8 hrs to pick it up. Adding insult to injury, the owner has now ceased communication altogether, ignoring my attempts to reach out for resolution. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from Into The West. Their disregard for quality control and customer satisfaction has left me deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a retailer that values its customers and stands behind its products. 3/9/24 Update - they posted a fake response to this review to make it seem like they genuinely care, but not one single person has reached out to me, and the owner has not replied to my texts. I also posted the same review to their Facebook page which they have now turned their reviews off and hid them. Big red flag.
