Ive only worked at this company for almost two months, but in my time here, Ive been treated with the utmost respect. If you do your job, follow protocol and policy, its very easy and simple. Management has always worked with my schedule, and Im very grateful to be working for this company. The pay is good for the job youre doing. Its pretty easy to get overtime, if you want it. The uniforms are nice; a lot more formal and professional than Ive seen at other security companies.

If your looking for a security company that is professional and cares about there employees do not go to this company. If you work for this company you will be treated like a warm body no matter your education, experience etc... The leadership is a joke and they have no idea what they are doing. When it comes down to it yes it's a job and easy If your just looking for an easy check to hold you over then sure but if you want to grow within a company this is not the place to go. They put uneducated people in positions of authority and ignore the guys who have years of knowledge and experience. The site supervisors are jokes as well. For example my site supervisor tried making traffic stops for speeding with a little league baseball speed laser equipment lol. Also site supervisors try to make rules and pas them off as directives of Texas DPS standards but failed miserably because some US were more knowledgeable then him and new the laws and regulations. Avoid this company also they will just up and move you to another site with no warning and you could go from $15 to $13 in a blink of an eye. This company lacks integrity and professionalism.
