I was having issues with my account online. I tried scheduling an appointment, but wasnt able to online, so I decided to walk in. Arthur greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately helped me fix the issue. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service. I highly recommend going to this branch if you need assistance.

Came here to open an account to invest my money into REIT. Wanted to sit down with a Investment Consultant to know exactly what I am getting into before making an account. However I was waiting patiently for 20mins. And not one consultant was available. Dont know what to make of it but I cherish my time. Thanks

Came in to ask for guidance on investing 500k into a CD. Specifically stated I was looking to speak with someone to walk me through it like I'm 5, because I was confused by the process and other options. They sat me in the waiting area, then gave me paperwork and just told me to go home and complete it. They did this specifically because a CD doesn't get any commission so they decided I wasn't worth the time to speak to. Think about that, is that the type of person you want to be in charge of your money?

I called for a specific service before I drove an hour away and I was told they could deliver. I get to the location and now they cannot. They need to respect people's time.
