These people will string you along for months!! Never got back to me in 2023 then call me in Feb 2924 to have me send in a picture of my ID and insurance card again a month ago. I sent it in and requested the status today and was told Based on the forms you filled out you do not qualify however I didnt fill out any forms. Insurance fraud much? Ill be reporting them! Thanks Janet for the info. If you ask for my info but send me nothing to fill out its kinda fishy!

It would be really great if when you have to shut down your business or, change hours, there would be something added to your voicemail indicating the new temporary changes so that people won't call multiple times and hear an outdated recorded greeting. I understand unforseen issues but it should only take minutes to replace a recording. I spent over a week before I received a call after calling your office multiple times a day about 4 times a day for days. I even stopped by the office (no sign on the door) on a day your website said was open till 6:00 p.m. (your Google listing is not accurate either) I had to seek an alternative dentist and I was quite disappointed.
