Simple cleaning appointment and Im still here 3 hours later. They said itll be a few minutes then later find out the doctor wasnt even in the office. Victor the Director of operations showed up and decided it was ok to discuss my personal treatment in the front lobby in front of patients who were waiting to be seen. He violated my privacy and that goes against the law. Dirty walls dirty floors and equipment. I regret wasting my time and money here. Most of all I dont trust these doctors. (Stay away)

The gentleman at the front was trying desperately to get me seen. Never saw a doctor today insurance has to be approved. Third time there now. Waiting for HMO doctor to come back from spring break still nothing happens. People in front are amazingly helpful though

first of all. the dental room i was in was DISGUSTING. the ceiling tile looked sinked in because of rat pee. the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in a year. awful stale smell with the dental chair not even fully mounted to the ground. the real issue?? they say they take medicaid. i went in to get my wisdom teeth removed after hearing they take my medicaid (dentaquest) i was there for an hour just for them to tell me i have to pay $925 out of pocket and almost $200 a month because the SURGEON doing it is not in network. HORRIBLE customer service. if you care about your health and want to avoid frustration. DO NOT GO HERE.
