        Terrible wood. All wet. Not cured. After an hour of using gas to keep it going, not a single flame burnt by itself. Yes, I got 100% refund, but why go through their trouble in winter. They'll pick up the useless wood but in the meantime I have no room available for better wood. Cured wood should be less than 20% humidity (reading is almost 33%). Even the delivery guy say it had been cured for about six months. I decided to give it a try second pic with gas going. Third pic after an hour under gas. Fourth pic, no gas, no flame, no heat. I can send you the pics time stamps. Spend your money elsewhere. Retailer, you only get one chance the delivery guys and he lady on the phone (Maria) were great though

We want to make it right by offering to replace the firewood with more seasoned pieces, in addition to the full refund you have already received. As a local wood waste recycling facility, we always have a variety of firewood available, with different ages and sizes.We are sorry for the mixup.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience yesterday of closing a little early. We were short staffed but should have updated our hours on google. We have ten cords of seasoned firewood left for this year and are happy to provide you some for free.
