The service department is terrible! Took my truck there Friday for service, 4 days later they hadn't even look at my truck yet, meanwhile I had to keep extending my rental since they only give loaners to "select" people. If you're out of warranty, don't even bother going here, they won't give a flying f about you. Of course unless you want to buy a new vehicle.

I had very good experience at Randel Reed ford, very courteous and professional people.Mr. Abel was very helpful making sure I got the vehicle I wanted and Mr. Erick Soto I want to thank for sharing his knowledge about the technology inside the vehicle with us and the gentleman that had us to go over paperwork with him and sign off on was very courteous and professional.

From Beginning to End. INCOMPETENT... These were Not Gen. Z or Y, therefore No Excuses... Appear that no 1 is working Together... & Don't try to switch Persons, Dealer/Reps....Impossible apparently...Finance Person Says U can Only go Thru Them. For Financing.... Not the 1st Lie.... etc...I can go On.... But let's just say, This was suppose to be An Excited New chapter in my Life & this Experience Attenpted to Spoil the Moment..... "But Won't he Do it" !!!!!!! Amen
