Oh my, Mark is the friendliest, most accommodating nicest person I think I have ever encountered at a hotel. I would say you get what you pay for, but we have such a reasonable price, honestly, I would expect someone behind the desk that looks put out when you walk in, yet I was greeted by quite the opposite. Even after I paid and got ready to go put all my dad's stuff in his room, Mark wanted to meet him as well as my sister and followed us over to the room. When he says if you need anything let me know, he truly means it. The best part was my dad was coming out of the hospital and his house is having work on it and he could not go home and Mark held a handicap room for me since I didn't know when he would be discharged. When speaking to my dad on the phone he said Mark really has this place set up just right. He doesn't get around well and he has everything he needs on one side of the room.

Not the best looking rooms

Rooms are equal to every other motel, maybe a little cleaner. Arrived to a sign that says "No locals", not sure why or what exactly that means but was worried I wouldnt be able to stay since my house is near by. Location is kinda inconvenient given the layout of the highway and lake
