        It's been more than 2 months since I left my printer to have it cleaned but I haven't received a response, I call and call and I can't get them to answer me. The 2 times I managed to get my call answered they didn't want to give me details and then they called me... I'm still waiting

      image It's been more than 2 months since I left my printer to have it cleaned but I haven't received a response, I call and call and I can't get them to answer me. The 2 times I managed to get my call answered they didn't want to give me details and then they called me... I'm still waiting

      Vale,We have had your printer approximately 6 weeks now, we were closed last week for the holidays. You brought this machine in for more than a cleaning, it had an error and a mechanical issue. I have tried to call you several times with no success and if you have called, no voicemails were left when we were unable to answer. We are still waiting to hear back from you so that the issue can be discussed. We apologize for your experience, this is not typical, we usually have good communication with customers. With you unfortunately, the lines of communication have been unsuccessful. We are typically in the office Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, please come pick up your printer whenever convenient.
