Texas Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

My children normally attend the Rowlett location and we love it, however we were referred to the Sachse location for orthodontics. The lady in the front office was nice, but as soon as the lady orthodontist walked in the room felt cold. This lady doesnt need to be working with kids, she used the same monotone voice the entire time with my 9 year old son and had zero patience. The dental assistant left the room for a minute to get a copy of my sons x rays and the orthodontist just sat there staring at the wall not saying anything it was sooooo awkward!! I felt extremely uncomfortable and couldnt wait to get out of there. She also tried telling me our insurance 100% would not cover braces, I called our insurance company when we left and they do!! We wont be coming back to the Sachse location for ortho and I suggest you dont either.

Both my kids have had their first cleanings and x-rays here! Destiny was amazing with them during their cleaning. We loved the experience my kids (who went in unsure and nervous) left asking if we could go to the dentist everyday. Thank you!
