Terrible customer service. When I first reached out, I spoke with Norma and she was very pleasant to speak with. She made me feel like I had found the place I was looking for. She requested that sent her my information but unfortunately I was not able to send right away. Two days later when I called back I spoke with Yanira who wasnt so pleasant to speak to. I had to call her 4 times on the same day to check and see if she could book my appointment. I asked her to please call me back even if she wasnt able to book me so that I know to look for a different agency. It is now 6 days later and I have yet to hear from her. I am glad that I wasnt under extreme distress 6 days ago and that I found out how unprofessional it his place is before I even had a chance to get on board with them. Do yourself a favor and dodged this bullet.
