        Well, first of all, it was a simple state inspection. And somehow, the machine that runs the diagnostics couldn't read the codes. Is that my fault? The guy was kind of accusatory like I did something wrong. Really dude? And I was still charged for this BECAUSE THEY PUT IT ON THE MACHINE. So? The machine didn't do it's job yet I still have to pay?

        After coming back for an alignment, my car was left on in the parking lot unattended for 30 minutes. Car doors were unlocked and headlights were on. Came inside told them how upset I was that they left my car unattended and ON. Front desk person apologized and another person came in and asked what happen. Told them what happen and said, So what do you want me to do about it ? Very bad and poor customer service, I will take my business elsewhere and would never recommend anyone here.
