The Abbey at Barker Cypress

We lived at The Abbey for 3.5 years after moving from Dallas. We left to get our son into a specific school and to have more space (we're a family of 5, so we needed room). Pros: Jeanette, the property manager, is hands down the best. She's super friendly, knows everyone by name, and keeps the place looking great. The neighbors are awesome tooalways checking in and being kind. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Cons: They're not great at answering the phone or texts, so you often have to go to the office for answers. Overall, if you want a family-friendly spot near the city and in Katy ISD, The Abbey is the way to go. Thanks, Jeanette, and all our neighbors, for a great time!

The leasing agent Rebecca was amazing and super helpful! The staff is great as well! I loved the layout and highly recommend. :)

Great staff, maintenance is top tier. The gym is amazing aswell, 10/10 would definitely recommend

I am so happy I have moved here. My whole experience for the past 3 years have been so pleasant. Jeanette is the best manager hands down!!! The maintenance comes very quickly when things happen in our apartment. They give us plenty of notice for anything and everything going on in the apartment complex. I'm sad to go but had to due to a Job loss. Other wise I would be here again. A really great place to live!
