I lived in the back for 2 1/2 years few roaches here and there not till the last 2 months but sprayed bleached all good... I downgraded to a 1 bedroom to save money because they do go up atleast1$100 every time your renew... but this by far was the worst mistake I ever made no washer no dryer... OK I'll take it i have no choice at tbis point SCAM ARTIST but i didnt do my due diligence..but I've been here 10 days ten days and had to seal every dang window because of fruit flies coming through the window's that are supposed to be sealed i spent my own money to eliminate that for the most part. But now I've seen greman roaches everything is sealed from sugar to food containers right after I finish cooking I mop and sweep and sprayed every spare foot of this place every night to avoid this problem but here we are its Tuesday pest coontrol was just here Thursday they come 1 day every week but I refuse to except this I will clean out every cabinet and take a day off to make sure this is not a on going issue I have a toodler this is beyond unacceptable . The matinance guy is nice though but office staff acts like doe in head lights o and wonder why i come in there angry. The Kerri girl is nice also but the rest no especially pricilla but that's for another day.

The management staff at this location is not trustworthy. They play nice nasty. After being told that my apartment was in good condition upon move out, they proceeded to charge a fee, that was not clearly highlighted as mandatory fees in the lease, but associated with an asterisks +++minimum charges on the additional charge addendum. I was also told that there is a mandatory carpet cleaning fee, when the carpet was cleaned. Again no mentioned of this in the lease. Do not lease here, they are not transparent and hide behind not being able to speak to a real manager. Not Pricilla.

Ive lived in this community for over several years. Experienced some hardships and gained some gratifications during my time, however I feel the workout areas needs vast improvements, the response to issues are complete yet slow,community overall is quiet. Access gates are often inoperative and the mailbox areas is less than be desired. I feel if the management company would invest more money to improve the community resident wouldnt mind investing in these livable spaces.
