The Highbank

Have been here since opening in 2017, and have seen the good and the bad. There are lots of bad reviews online. However, we now have best on-site Manager (Glenda) that we have seen. She is attentive to everything brought to her attention, and things are definitely on the upswing. This is a place you should definitely consider.

Absolutely love living at The Highbank. The maintenance and office team are gracious and helpful whenever you need them, our amenities are fantastic, and the location is unbeatable. Glenda, our new property manager, goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. From quick maintenance fixes to light-hearted notes in common areas, she's always there with a smile. While I have been a resident here longer than her tenure, her arrival has truly elevated our living experience. She's enhanced our community with regular email communication/updates and improved maintenance efficiency. She's also always available with a listening ear if any resident needs help, wants to chat, or to point out some changes we'd like to see on the property. She remembers our names! Living here before Glenda, I didn't realize what we were missing, but now I can't imagine it any other way. Kudos to Glenda for making this place feel like home.

Been here for over 3 years and The Highbank has done a 180 turn under the new manager, Glenda. You can definitely see/feel the difference since shes taken over. Great communication from the leasing office and much better organization/cleanliness in the mailing rooms. All of the amenities are working or being repaired and the gym is better than ever. Fresh paint. Cleaner carpets and elevators. Glad this place is back on the up and up!

I just renewed my lease with the Highbank. I moved here for the location and convenience to so many places I frequent. Whenever I call the office if they dont answer, they call back within the hour. My shower door was loose maintenance came and fixed it within 2 days. The ladies in the leasing office are very accomodating especially if youre expecting a big package. In the recent months we got a new property manager, Glenda, and she keeps all residents in the loop of all updates going into the building, acknowledges when things are broken, sends an email both to inform us and let us know when they have been fixed or replaced. Pretty quiet community, neighbors are polite and helpful. Leasing staff is super helpful cant stress it enough. Also happy Glenda joined the team, shes been making it shine and sparkle around here.
