        My friends apartment complex. Lovely pool area. Nice to sit out there and have a bite to eat or just enjoy the weather. Nice landscaping. Quiet mostly. Good neighborhood. Central Market is within walking distance. Right next door is a convenient store and a Domino's.

        The tenant I visited can not meaningfully lock the front door from the outside, due to a poorly executed maintenance repair after a break-in involving the deadbolt; it was replaced, but the doorjamb and the frame, which were also damaged, were not addressed at all! So the new deadbolt bolts into... nothing! When the tenant raised this issue with the office, maintenance reappeared, and offered them a long screw, and instructed them to screw it into the door frame so that it can "catch the deadbolt"! There were several additional issues inside the apartment, all combined makes this complex an unsettling, unsafe, and tacky wreck!
