First camden location I've moved in and has issues first day. Super disappointing move in day. There are holes in the walls, there are markings on the toilet, there was a long steel nail I stepped on during my first day inspecting, it had an off putting smell when I first walked in. Walls are dirty, inside of microwave had markings. I was told cleaners would be sent to apartment. Nothing was cleaned as requested. Edit: manager Koti reached out claiming housekeeping attended the apartment when nothing was done. I don't understand why it's so hard to have an apartment clean and ready for move in, especially when they charge a $255 move out clean fee.

Jose and Juan with the maintenance team are always incredible responsive, professional and efficient. Garret with the leasing office is always pleasant and helpful. I do not approve of Camdens new attempt to manage this complex from a different location, however. Its very frustrating to not have someone on site to help with issues.

Jennifer is THE BEEEESSST! I did everything while being abroad and she was incredibly helpful! She definitely made our day.
