The owner is rude! I have never dealt with anyone as insensitive as Mark Anthony. Please DO NOT use this florist! He totally refused to honor the word of his own employee! I am a community advocate and highly respected in the City of Houston and this floral shop and owner lied to me and did not care that my loved one would be left without an arrangement! His staff assured me that they would be able to accommodate me and deliver my berevement spray but left me without flowers! It is so sad when you try to support small businesses owners and this is the way you are handled! I have experienced 5 deaths of family and colleagues in the past 2 weeks and this was a devastating experience for me!
