Spark by Hilton Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport

Stayed here for about a week during a licensing class down the road. The rooms are clean, tv options are not great but the service was awesome. They could use another person at check-in but I understand it's probably not always busy enough. They have legals, muffins, and yogurt in the lobby for breakfast along with coffee and hot water for tea.

There was no room map in the Hilton app or online so I could not choose my preferred room prior to arrival without having to call the hotel. The shuttle driver took a 1/2 hour to pick us up from the airport and blamed the front desk attendant despite this he was friendly. The lobby was very clean and had a new paint smell which was a good change. Front desk attendant was nice and checked us in quickly. The smart climate controls didn't work in our room. There was food left on the headboard behind the built in light. We did not touch it so perhaps it is still there. For providing a bagel bar I feel there should be a lot more flavors not just three varieties. Also more spreads for the bagels. The orange juice was horribly watered down. If you're going to offer only one beverage outside of coffee and tea at least make it good. Getting the shuttle in the morning was easy and the shuttle driver was friendly. We would definitely consider choosing this hotel if needing to be near the airport and hope that Hilton will upgrade their new bagel bar.

I was there on 3/9/23. Excellent customer service. Rooms are very clean. I was accommodated per requested. I plan to stay here in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
