    My Family and I had a reservation with them earlier this month. We drove all the way from Dallas and when we got there, we were told that our reservation was cancelled because they were overbooked and apparently there was nothing they couldve done for me at that moment. According to Shanon,(who was in charge of that evening) she said that apparently they were overbooked because there was a baseball team staying there and they need to extend their stay for another night . To make that happen, they cancelled my reservation ( without notifying-me AT ALL) along with a couple of other people. I told her that this wasnt right at all and that somebody from there staff shouldve reached out to me to at least let me know on time. I was told by Shanon that, it was the mangers fault, that none of this shouldve happen. I ask to speak with the manager and she said that there was no manager in at that moment, which was crazy to me because what kind of business runs itself without a manger?!? I asked for my money back since my reservations were cancelled. Shanon said that she was going to be able to refund me my money which she never did. I had to call them back twice a couple days later because they never returned my money. I got my kids and family and left there premises and we had to sleep in my vehicle for the night because all the hotels around us where either to expensive or unavailable. All because of the lack of communication of their staff. A few days later, i called again and this time Sharon ( Manger of the place) answered. I explained everything to her and she said that she couldnt help me, that i had to talk to the manager of operations since she was the one handling my situation . So i called another day to talk to Anuh (Manger of operations) and she told me to call Sharon again that she was going to be the one to help me out because she only dealt with problems going on the same day only. The next day i called Sharon AGAIN, explained everything to her, told her was the manager of operations said to me, and that if she can just please help me with my refund. She wanted me to contact Shanon because she WAS THE MANAGER being in charge on the day of my reservation. Which is hilarious because Shanon told me she was not a manager I explained that i was just getting sent around with different people because nobody wanted to help me and take responsibility for their mistakes . Obviously by then i was more than frustrated and i wanted some answers. She finally managed to help me out. What i fine very stupid about all of this is that all three of these Employees kept pointing fingers at each other. They were very unprofessional because of the lack of communication, nobody wanted to take full responsibility until the very end, and it cost me and my family to sleep overnight in my vehicle. They made me understand that night that my money doesnt count, and that they dont really take care of their paying customers. NOT FAIR AT ALL, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I pray for whoever is in charge of all of these three staffs members to hopefully see this review and get all of them fired. NONE OF THIS SHOULDVE HAPPEN So its only fair for me to ask for something like that.

    Had to spend the night at a hotel for personal reasons and this one certainly didn't disappoint, i arrived somewhere around midnight and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful & friendly, thankfully they had a room available & paid around *$114 (w/ tax), then when i entered it was surprisingly clean & spacious for a 1 Bed/1 Bath with plenty of towels, amenities, free fast wifi, and a snack bar near the front desk with plenty of drinks/snacks in case you're in the mood for a late quick bite, highly recommended and if i have to i'd certainly come here again.

    The rooms were dirty and dusty every where the restroom smelt like piss the toilet werent clean the staff was rude and unprofessional one of the house keeper smelt like straight up cigarettes making the place trasher than it already was all in all my experience was horrible I dont recommend this hotel location to anyone I wouldnt even send my worst enemy here the phone in the room dont work most of the time there nvr shampoo you always having to go to front desk for something cuz the room are nvr up to standard
