The first room I was checked into already had a guest in it we were all very shocked I went down to get it changed over and the front desk person was just as surprised as us???? When we went to check out the next day my Husband went to tell the front desk about the room situation because it made me (his wife) wildly uncomfortable and she was very dismissive and rude to us the entire time Safety: Safety concerns with being checked into someone's existing room

Location was great, close to everything I needed. Facilities were clean albeit a bit disorganized and confusing. All of the staff I interacted with during my 1 night stay were either not very competent or incredibly rude. We were initially checked into a room that already had someone in it! That feels really really dangerous, I imagine it could have gone very badly! Overnight i called the front desk to ask for soap and they told me they did not have soap! What kind of hotel does not have soap?? In the morning I spoke to the manager and she was very quick to snip and be rude. I did not appreciate the attitude of any of the staff especially from a manager! I understand it being stormy can lead to more issues and more stress but it does not give staff a reason to be awful to guests who are trying to address safety concerns.
