        Loved staying here staff is very friendly and loved the decor of space (space city) the decore definitely matches Houston! Was able to check in early which was a plus! The rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfortable! Rooms: Very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Safety: Very safe and clean area Food & drinks: The complementary breakfast was so good and they were very good with making sure it was stocked

        Rooms are a bit run down. It's supposed to be a usable kitchen but had no spoons or forks in the drawers. Handicap parking is the furthest parking on the entire lot from the door. Elevator buttons won't light up on 1 of the elevators so you can't tell if it's going to the right floor. The worst part of all is the rude, unprofessional and petty manager who thinks he can talk to or treat minority females with disrespect and show out in front of his own minority staff. If check out is at 11am, apparently at this hotel the manager will be knocking on your door at 11:08am with 3 members of house keeping to let you know you need to get out of the room. I'm a Bonvoy Elite member who was told at check-in that I was good to check out at noon. After the shock of seeing 4 hotel staff at my door prior to 12pm. I quickly gathered my belongs, that were already packed, and checked out. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR MARRIOTT. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING OR RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
