Had a Truly Custom engagement ring made. It was beautiful and she loved it - it was exactly what she wanted. Magally helped me thru the whole process and was super helpful and communicative. She updated me about everything. Grown Brilliance had the best price and the fastest shipping date (3 weeks) after comparing most lab-grown diamond options online. The ring arrived 1 day early! I shipped it to the store. It was convenient having a physical store in the mall too. Great experience overall!

Our entire experience with the people at the store in the Galleria store in Houston was delightful. We had looked at earings online for a graduation gift and decided to go to the store to see them and take them with us. The expert who assisted us was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She showed us several options and we felt quite confident in making our purchase. While we do our share of online shoping, it's great having the actual jewelry available to see in person.
