Think twice. Ask who is the provider. I am a regular customer and I had a session last night. They had a front desk person do the microneedling. My face had a lot of scratches on my cheeks that I did not get in prior treatments. They look like needle dragging many many times across the face . I thought we want pinpoint / more perpendicular wound and that is why a pen is used .?I m hoping I won't get scars. They also missed doing half of my forehead which was good because I found chuncks of numbing cream there and that would have been microneedled into my skin. I think I m lucky . She splashed prp onto my face and most of them run down to my neck. I think she was rushing to finish ? the whole procedure last maybe 5 to 7 minutes. I had a GREAT experience here. Renee was my nurse practitioner and she carried our the procedure. She explained the entire process and checked to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The facility is also clean and welcoming. I highly recommend
