Fatima is easily the best injector in Texas, and has to be one of the best nationwide. I was nervous at first but she was so sweet and made me feel extremely welcome. Her quality of work is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and it shines through her work. Her approach is flawless. She is unmatched - thank you for a top tier experience!! I will most definitely be back.

I hate to leave this review since I have been coming here for years and loved Ashley in the beginning. I also mentioned I wouldn't leave a review because I do respect this business. BUT something is still not sitting right with me and has been bugging me all day. I came for my appointment today with Ashley and it is the 2nd time she mentioned I should go see her MD friend for weight-loss injections (@totalmedicalweightloss - I would apparently get 20% off if I used Ashley's name). As someone who is recovering from unhealthy ED habits, AND finally accepting herself at her weight, I was extremely shocked and honestly insulted. I NEVER have asked Ashley for help for weight loss. I wouldn't even think to ask her because, respectfully, that is not her area of expertise. She does not know my weight, BMI, etc. She is making a lot of dangerous assumptions based on solely the roundness of my face. If I needed advice on weight-loss, I would see a nutritionist and speak to my doctor. Today, when she tried to sell me again on weight-loss injections, I tried to speak up and told her I have lost 10 pounds the natural way by exercising and eating healthier. I wasn't expecting her to congratulate me lol but right after, she mentioned a total weight loss of 30 pounds before injecting filler in my face. Now, I RESPECT her for not wanting to inject me if I have too much fat in my face, I get it! Filler = Volume and I have a lot of volume. HOWEVER, If I actually took her advisement and lost 30 pounds, that would put me at a very unhealthy weight (100 pounds) for my height and would trigger some things. Again, I loved her in the beginning and I respect her hustle. BUT her promoting weight-loss injections, for obvious reasons, is VERY unprofessional. Also, insinuating I need to lose 30 pounds prior to getting fillers is very alarming. Especially, when she injected me 2 years back and I was actually 15 pounds heavier.

UPDATE: 5 months later I get a call from Beeme Medspas lawyer apologizing on behalf of the spa and offered a refund in exchange for me to sign a NDA. Mind you this is the FIRST official apology I have ever received from this business. Im absolutely disgusted!!! Left botched, disappointed and gaslit I will start this review by saying I usually do not like leaving 1 star reviews for small businesses, but felt the need to share my photos and experience. I am very disappointed in the services rendered and the lack of care for my concerns. My issues started when I told them I did not want to sign the Photo Consent form because I did not want to be posted on social media. I was told the form I was signing was not for social media, but was just consenting to photos for in-office use, so I reluctantly signed it. I had a session with Adriana for upper facial balancing, chin filler and masseter Botox. I have gotten all these procedures done before at another clinic, so I know I am not typically prone to bruising and I knew what to expect. However, during my session with Adriana I experienced more discomfort than usual for my chin filler, she even slipped up and the syringe fell out of my jaw and filler spilled all over my shirt. When I left I was not pleased with the immediate results, but trusted that the swelling and inflammation would go down with time. The next day I realized I was forming really dark and deep purple bruises , also when I clenched my jaws my masseter muscles were bulging out (images and video attached). I messaged Adriana on instagram to voice my concerns and she said the swelling, bad bruising, uneven lumpy filler and masseter muscle bulging was all normal. A week later, I saw that Adriana posted an image of me on her social media page despite not having signed the social media photo consent form. I kindly asked her to remove the photo of me on her social media, which she did but she followed up to tell me I technically signed the photo consent forms and then asked if she could post photos of me without my eyes in it. I felt so disrespected and like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I waited the 2 weeks to go back into the office to fix my botched masseter muscles. I sent multiple emails asking to book a session with Ashley (the main injector) instead of Adriana to fix the issues she caused, but my email was ignored for a few days. I had to personally call the office and ask if they were receiving my emails. They said they did, but did not give an explanation as to why they had not responded to me. No one ever apologized or admitted to doing anything wrong. When I brought up the photo consent issue, they admitted I did not sign the social media consent form and only signed the one for in office use. When I asked for a copy of all the forms I signed they said they could not give them to me. They never offered me a refund/discount or even to fix my botched masseter muscle for free. I had to pay to fix the botched job they did on me! They didnt even want to admit that they botched me, they acted like this was something that is normal and happens all the time (which its not) Do not come to these people, for the amount of money you pay you would expect high quality work and professionalism , but you will not get that here.

Getting injected by Ashley has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Im over a year out and am still dealing with the fallout of her terrible work. To start, her team told me I could not get just chin filler without getting the lower face package. I didnt need the lower face package so what I was left with was a very fat looking, crooked lower face. I requested Ashley fix my chin and she did dissolve a bit, but not all, and then said she wouldnt dissolve anymore unless I got Morpheus. I tried the Morpheus, which didnt work at all for reducing facial fat like she claimed it would, and still had a crooked chin. When I brought up my crooked chin Ashley then tried to blame it on my natural face asymmetry lol. Well guess what, after I spent another 2k on Morpheus Ashley stopped answering my calls and e-mails. I had to physically go down to the office TWICE to even get my before pictures and the type of filler that was used so that I could go to another office to get my crooked chin and manly jaw filler removed. Save yourself the money and heartache going to do this injector will cause you. I am not the only person who has had an experience like this but I hope my review will help others.
