        Per the website they do say accept all major insurance but upon scheduling the appointment they do call and say we dont accept insurance and please pay during the visit. Just money matters. FYI - They dont even accept Davis Vision Insurance which is mostly used by almost all the employers.

We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

      Hello. We called PRIOR to your appointment and said that we are not currently on panel with Davis Vision. We will be in the next 90 days. I agree, money does matter when a service is given. But in this case, we communicated that there would be a fee before you came. This gave you the option to either come and pay the fee or select another location. Eyemed, VSP, Spectera, Superior or other insurance that we accept. Sorry for the confusion.
