Unfortunately, a bad experience, I trusted them and they stole 2,400 dollars from me and they did not finish the work, I had to take the papers to another lawyer and what came out was that the lawyer no longer worked with them, be careful, those who have not fallen for these people because they will surely lose their money

Everyone is talking about how great their services are and I do not get that impression. I have had this open case 2 years and nothing has been done. Every few months I get a call about they are requesting medical documentation and I could see if it was the same people but its not! I have all the messages and calls. Its always from different numbers. Its never consistent. No communication whatsoever. This has been the worst and I know for a fact its because they dont have steady people the case started with Oscar and now Im with Christina and has been in between more than those two. I Never get my questions answered. I always get the run around. I have screenshots of all the numbers I had to call in order to get ahold of someone. Dont think youre gonna get a timely call back. I was offered a settlement and I asked her hey what is the percentage you guys take because clearly I remember and have the documents but I wanted to see if she would be honest. She clearly ignored that and said oh I will send you an email. Its Friday mind you Im thinking Im supposed to receive an email. Right after the call not even 5 minutes Jessica calls and has asked the same questions on another case again!! I never got a call back or word from her until I reached out and the only reason I got a hold of her was because I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. If I wouldnt have waited best believe I wouldnt have spoken to her! And again I asked her the fee she said I would receive an email with the information once they sent it over to her. Which Im not understanding how you get offered something but dont have it in writing and cant tell me the portion you are taking. I am only concerned as I have waited 2 years and all the misinformation and changing of hands along with other reviews on surprise charges have me concerned. I guarantee it Ill get a faster response by this review than when I call all day! Time is 7:40 am on 04/11/2024.
