Taking this opportunity to commend Katreal Price for her professionalism, diligence and down-to-earth persona. As many can relate, the housing market has been especially brutal, be it home hunting to buy or even rent. While I did settle on a prospect independent of her services, she took the time out to offer assistance, listen to my story as a long-term renter and offer valuable feedback in the process. Even if a sale or commission doesnt transpire just that time and consideration I received from Latrice was priceless, well worthy of positive feedback to share with the community. I was impressed by her genuine demeanor, as it wasnt just the what can you do for me so I can make my commission type of energy. It was more, how can I help you to find what youre looking for? She checked back on a consistent basis, providing listings (via text/ email) and congratulated me on an eventual prospect that Id managed to get. Thats right she didnt ghost me (albeit time is money) after Id shared some of my struggles in finding a decent rental home that checked most of my boxes. That says a lot. And that sets the tone as I totally respect the agents go-getter, professional hustle, deservingly getting compensated for their dedication and hard work. Rather than a type of overt I need to get my sell, please know that her approach is very professional and genuine. So thanks Latrice, just keep doing what youre doing!

Valerie J. Ward is rude and unprofessional. She is the listing agent on a home I was inquiring about. Long story short, she hung up on me and told me to text her. When I texted her she did not respond until I told her I no longer wanted to do business with her. She then replied," Thank you " Very strange interaction.
