I like the work the company does it is just VERY DIFFICULT to get in contact with anyone. The phone is never answered, you have to wait for a call back. This is no way to do business.

I got the "dog ate my homework" excuse for not responding to my emails for about a month just trying to get a tree cut down.  What's worse is that I had been a loyal, repeat customer - but no more.  There are lots of companies to do business with in Houston, but I would stay away from the ones that can't be upfront and honest with you.

So our home owners had these men service our house and they were there for 3 hours doing pretty much nothing I watched them the entire time , from the time they got there and till they finished . Literally sitting around watching one do most of the work instead of helping . This service was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. To top it off they made themselves comfortable to grab their ladder and climb on the garage roof and chill watching videos and laughing. Just because you don't think someone is keeping an eye out doesn't give y'all the right to do what ever you want on someone's property.  I've attached photos I've taken of them hanging on the garage roof . This was a group of 6 men . You'd think they would just be quick about it but they took their time to slack around . The only think they cut down was one tree that wasn't even that big and part of a neighborhoods tree which they didn't need to do along with a tree near a window that wasn't tall but barely cut some off to make it seem like they were doing something.
