Melanie! Melanie! Melanie! I only work with her. She is creative, patient and not at all pushy. She goes above and beyond looking for and searching past whats in the displays to get you what you want. We highly recommend her. Jareds has a great program that credits your next purchase with previous purchased sets from them, as long as they are equal or greater in value. We upgraded my wedding ring of 10 years to this new beauty through that program and my hubby and I couldnt be happier. I have been searching for a long time and attempted to upgrade before, but I couldnt get the right Jewelry professional to work with until I found Melanie. Prior at other Jared stores I felt rushed pigeon holed towards a certain set on display and I never felt like I could walk out with what I really wanted. Melanie gave me space to think and presented various options, all while crunching the numbers as we went to ensure I was comfortable. We spent several hours over the counter finding the right set up. I had the best experience and will be returning.

I was helped by Gracie in picking out my engagement ring and I was blown away by the service! She was able to work with my special requests and budget for the ring and got it was ready in time on a tight schedule. We came back a little later to resize the ring and make another adjustment. When we got it back it looked perfect but the jewelers forgot to resize it. Management treated this seriously for us and made sure it would be perfect and ready for pickup the next day. Overall the workers make you feel heard and valued, and the ring is perfect!

Jared is a great place and the people there are very helpful in helping you fine what you want and the people working there at the store are wonderful people too
