The receptionist wasn't rude, but failed to tell us that the notary was apt only after telling us theirs was on vacation, also she wouldn't help in locating one because we didn't know that it was online apt. She just pushed us down the road to the next boa. So now we've hit our final straw and are looking to move our money into a different financial institution.

Not a bad bank. I don't bank here myself, just use it on behalf of someone else. Sometimes the line is long, but that's the worst of their service.

My problem with this bank is that years ago I deposited a 1,200 dollar check and the machine froze. Called and was told that my employer needed to make a new one, okay, I ask my employer to make a new one and she told me no because the check had already been cashed. Talked to the bank and was told that the money would be put into my account. Problem solved right ? No. I get a letter weeks later saying that the check was not found in the machine and that they were going to need the money back, they proceeded to removed the 1,200 from my account. Okay. What can I do? Oh and today as I am cashing in my check what happens again? The dang machine froze down again. When I tell you I panicked and had flashbacks that really doesnt even explain the panic attack that I had.Cherry on top is that customer service people are super rude and dont make the process any easier. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. And Im not the only person this had happened to.I have heard from a couple people I know that they had the exact same experience regarding machines freezing on them. For being such a big and well known bank these situations should not HAPPEN. I work hard for my money I shouldnt be stressing over these old machines not working properly and much less about these rude employees you hire.
