The worst of the worst. We came at 3 pm and the room was not ready. For another 30 minutes. We understand things can happen but the manager was so rude and he said if u dont like it u can go somewhere else. We requested late checkout at 1 pm. Because are baby naps then. And they came 3 times before that entered the room. Waking her up saying the did not see the note. We did for sure call and requested the night prior. Horrible experience!

I was very sad this time after staying always here during my trips ! The service this time was shocking and disappointing! First started with rooms not ready until 3:35 pm, and the comment by the manager when he said we have a lot of cleaners no show today, if you dont want to wait, you can find another place !!!! I was looking for other places to be honest , and Im not coming again here with this attitude. The only thing hold me from leaving is the baby we have. I understand circumstances will happen! But being rude with costumers ! Btw we were there first , and by the time we got our room there was 8 costumers got the same answers for rooms not ready yet. Later, in the evening, I called the front desk for late check out, which she confirmed, she is making a not,, guess what, no note was place for next day, and housekeeping came in 3 times between 11 and 12:30 , which they told me they didnt have a note ! Of course the baby woke up, and goodbye nap Im not going to write names here, but it all started that day , both of those front dest managers were there when we checked in.
