They did give me the loan for my property taxes, however I would have to low-key classify them as a "predatory lender" It's hard to get a call back from billing, and my loan officer was sweet as pie until the papers got signed and notarized. Then the switch flipped. 🤨 If you're late or skip a payment their lawyers are ready to pounce, so don't do that. The lawyer letter comes with a HEFTY bill, and they don't send 1 letter, they send 2. At. The. Same. Time. If you're in a pinch, you gotta do what you gotta do. This is just my experience. I'll be glad when soon they'll be out of our lives and mailbox forever! I'm giving 3 stars only because my taxes did get paid and I kept my home. Everything else is the headache that comes along with that...

Aweful. They completely mistreated me and called me a liar when it turned out their payment portal didn't work after all.

They never called me back called several times over a week, left vc mails. Apparently they don't need the business.
