Had to work with this company and the experience was horrible. The employee Mrs. Christine Martinez dodged all my calls and when I finally got her, she hung up the phone in the middle of my sentence. They have horrible people skills. They are able to not take any calls and respond very vaguely on email. This isn't how business is suppose to be conducted very impersonal, unprofessional and lack empathy. By the looks of all these reviews they seem fraudulent as well.

I only gave it one star because there is nothing lower. The AMG review told alot of accurate information. Don't factor with this company. Very dishonest people. This is the way it works. You get 90% upfront & get the remaining % when broker pays. Below determines what you will be charged depending on when the broker pays. According to Transport Factoring, they will always pay over 45 days. Sometimes they will stretch it to 90 days so you will have to pay a refactoring fee of $220. I'm sure they have their system down to maximize their pay. Fee Breakdown 01-15 = 2.0% 16-30= 3.0% 31-45 = 4.5% 46-60 = 6.0% 61-75 = 7.5% 76-90 = 10%

It's very important that you keep up with your aging. I created my own aging in excel because you won't see an aging report unless you request it and I requested them every week sometimes twice a week. Transport Factoring will often get paid from brokers and don't update your aging report to make your payback percentage higher in their favor. Most payments from brokerages to the factoring companies are done via ACH or wire but Transport Factoring will lie and say that they don't have the check yet. I always call the brokers accounts payable or accounting dept. to see when payment was made for a particular load, and I would also get the check number. When your transport factoring agent plays dumb I always provide them with the check number and payment date, then they magically find it acting as if it was overlooked, yea right. At this point I make sure I am being charged right according to when they were actually paid. These folks will play on your ignorance and never file against any brokers bond. Transport Factoring will just continue to charge you refactoring fee's and take it from your escrow. I hate escrow accounts because I am very good at managing my own money. I prefer flat fee non recourse factoring companies like I am with now. Go with them if it's your only option and use broker's quickpay option if it's available. I only factored loads for brokerages that didn't offer quickpay or it was an extremely long wait to be paid. Be careful carriers. Factor with these crooks at your own risk. Hopefully you are intelligent enough to read reviews in this day & age. You've been warned.
