Offerpad Dallas

If your selling your home with offer pad, DONT!!! I am real estate agent and I had 3 clients trying to look at one house listed by offer pad. They never responded to me with a showing time and gave me the run around. Really frustrating specially when you have 6 other showings on the same day.

I received a very low offer minus 7% service fee from Ben Garcia. Did not consider the comparables in the neighborhood.

Liars, not sure exactly whose fault it is, if it is the company's fault or Brian's fault for not explaining to me the whole truth , the only reason I went with them is because they were supposed to make an offer for my house. When I asked my sales rep Brian after I had signed he told me they couldn't buy every house, they just do this to get you the list with them! The only reason I listed with them was because I thought they would make an offer, they didn't even make a low offer they made no offer whatsoever! Very dishonest company!

Kari Hutchins was amazing every step of the way. She listen and got to know exactly what we needed and wanted and we got the perfect house for us! I feel as though she was more then our realtor she was a also friend I could talk to for hours
