Long story short: I do NOT recommend going here. For me they were unreliable and caused me way more stress than they are worth. Not only that, they're just as expensive as bigger reputable tax places. If you have very simple personal taxes, don't care when it gets finished, and can only speak Spanish then this place may fit your needs. For me, I'll never go here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go here either. ================================================= Pros: They're more knowledgeable than me and most people when it comes to taxes as one would expect. They are also very nice people. Cons: 1) They're not timely. I provided the documents they requested for my business taxes 2 months in advance, and even after telling them several times how time sensitive my taxes were they didn't begin work on it until the last few days before it was due. I told them it needed to be done so that my business partner could use the results to complete their taxes WELL IN ADVANCE. I called and went in-person several times voicing my concerns about the taxes getting done on time and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. If I hadn't called a few days before and really grilled the owner HARD then they would have continued working on it until the very last day which would have made it impossible for my partner to do their taxes. 2) Their communication is one of the worst I've ever experienced with any business. First of all, their email correspondence is a joke. Their official email address goes directly to the owner, and he has NEVER RESPONDED EVEN ONCE! This is not an exaggeration. I sent around 8 emails in total and got zero responses even though they told me in-person and on the phone to send it to that email address. The only way to get a hold of anyone is by phone or going in-person. But even then, the problem is the owner. He handles business taxes but he is seldom available because he goes on vacation seemingly every couple months. If you're still reading this you may be thinking "Why didn't you just go somewhere else?" The reason is because after about a month of waiting, I went in-person asking when I could expect it to get done. An employee told me the owner was on vacation and wouldn't back for 2 weeks which gives him 3 weeks to finish it. They assured me he gets them done really fast so it's okay. As it turns out, he didn't come back for 3 weeks and it also turns out he doesn't finish them as fast as they said. As I'm writing this, he is on vacation for the next 1.5 months. I know this because I called to have the owner send the IRS a letter requesting a late fee waiver as HE INSTRUCTED ME TO DO. The late fee is due in 2 weeks but he won't be back in time to send the letter. They were not honest or responsible when it came to communicating with me about what was going on.
