        They did a wrong filing for us in 2022 , for which we had to pay back a penalty and $1400 to IRS. Upon contacting them, they acknowledged the mistake but did not refund any part of the $350 filing fees. Never going back.

        Waiting and waiting and waiting. They havent filed my tax for last to last year. I called several time from last year. Asking again and again same question. Did you send me ? .. ok i will check. I lost my money and patience and now i want my documents so i can go to different place. Be careful one more excuse is I called you but you didnt pickup . I called from my boss phone too .. and also of drama. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FEES.
