I found my experience with Rose to be a very pleasant one to say the least. Her knowledge of the process made this transaction happen as smooth as glass. Rose was out in front identifying every detail that needed to be attended to well in advance of the time we had to have it accomplished. There were NO shocks or surprises during the entire time we were negotiating all the way thru to closing on our new property. I am very impressed with the professionalism that Rose and all the staff at CB Lubbock demonstrated.
