Floss Dental Pearland

Floss Dental is the best! I normally hate going to the dentist, but not anymore! The entire staff is great from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at the front desk made me feel welcomed, and they are knowledgeable about pricing and what my insurance will cover. Dr. Chung and the dental assistants worked so well together, made me feel comfortable, and did a great job with the cleaning and filling. Thank you for being careful and making sure my mouth was numb before the procedure. I did not feel any pain. I am coming back for sure!

Dr.Chung and staff are extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Chung didn't sugarcoat my issues but he offered realistic solutions that were affordable and practical. This is definitely where I'll continue come.

Today I went in for my first visit. The front office staff was great and worked with me by giving me discounts so that I could afford my procedures. Everybody was friendly. The dentist clearly explained everything that needed to be done using a big screen as he talked to show me x rays and photos of my teeth. I was not rushed. He asked me if I had questions as he explained each part of the exam. He was very thorough, and I did not feel as though he was trying to trump up unnecessary charges- which I have experienced at other places. The dental hygienist took great photos and x rays, and everybody did their best to ensure a comfortable environment. So far, its been a great experience! I will update after I begin having procedures done on Friday.

I love how they made my 6 y/o daughter comfortable and explained everything to her level of understanding before doing any procedure. Dr. Was very thorough and staff were very friendly!
