5 Star Floors

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Five Star Floors! We did a total home renovation with their Pearland store including painting every room (ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, closets, doors etc) new countertops and back splash in the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing two fireplaces.and of course all new flooring (LVP throughout house and carpet in bedrooms). Through every step of the process Mike (the owner) was extremely helpful. He brought product samples to our home and really helped with design decisions. He was very responsive to phone calls and texts and was always on time to meetings. He coordinated all of the different services (paint, tile, countertops etc) and made sure everything went smoothly and on time. His teams were incredible, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they all did an amazing job. Not only that they finished the project ahead of schedule! We are so thrilled with our renovation and our experience with Five Star Floors!

5 Star Floors installed a beautiful LVP floor in our bedroom and closet. They were able to locate our floor that the builder installed two years ago. They connected the new floor to the existing floor in the hallway leading into our bedroom, and it looks like it was installed when we originally built the house. Their pricing was competitive and the installers were kind, organized, and clean. We are pleased with using 5 Star Floors and will use them again to install this same floor in the remaining bedrooms. We have used them on several occasions for carpets and other items and the service cannot be matched. They are so helpful from the time you walk in and beyond install. I cannot recommend them enough. Always, always amazing service.

Update: I still love my floors. Easy to clean. Great purchase. No regrets! -------- The staff here is great. Always gave me their undivided attention each time I went there. I was nervous that the LVP wouldn't look like the sample board. It was slightly off on one color in my opinion, but it still looks great. It looks fantastic! Great workmanship. They came in cutting up the carpet for removal and moving furniture. I didn't expect that, but they had a process. It worked. All done between the hours of 10-4. I was worried about the communication with the installers, but it wasn't a problem. The price was reasonable compared to Home Depot and private installers. The price and product is what sold me.
