Great experience, personal staff always attentive is installations comfortably and cozy I will definitely come back here..very convenient for the area.

What can I say!?! This hotel is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are nice, the location is great, did I say great location? LOL the people at the desk are wonderful and accommodating shout out to Shannon!! And the housekeepers, all of the housekeepers who took care of us, who took care of me and my family wow we were there it's just excellent, shout out to my new friend Yovanna, I just I love you and adore you you already know that the best housekeeper hands down, maintenance all my maintenance requests were honored and they were so helpful with some disabilities that I had, like I said I can't say enough wonderful things about this place don't hesitate, book here!! Did I mention they give out free cookies!?! LOL Rooms: Rooms are very spacious, they are all suites

The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. We had some trouble getting a crib, but eventually got one. The lady at the front desk was doing her best. The hotel was swamped with teenagers who made the experience less than ideal (loud, crowded, etc). I believe they were there for a water polo tournament weekend. They were younger under 16 years old, and they were everywhere. I went to walk on the treadmill at 9 pm and there were multiple kids walking backwards on every treadmill in the fitness center. They had the music blasting so loud. After waiting a while, I finally went in and waited. Only then did they leave. It wasnt the fault of the hotel, but they needed more staff on hand to manage that many kids who were playing around the entire facility unsupervised. The lady at the desk again tried her best. Rooms: Nice and roomy Nearby activities: Close to restaurants
