I rate this business and the owner, Viridiana Salinas, a 5 out of 5. She was amazing in walking me through every step of the process. She was able to patiently answer all of my questions and was able to explain what everything meant. Its not easy understanding the lingo but she was very thorough and explained insurance speak into everyday language. They all care very much about their clients and their needs.
