        People of color (black people) DO NOT spend your money at this location. I received HORRIBLE customer service from the general manager herself. This company couldn't provide my order correctly. I was very patient and understanding the first time they sent me the wrong merchandise but the second time Rachel stated it was absolutely nuthing she could do to help a paying customer. I found this strange because I've witnessed them the provide solutions to problems for people of different races. So what was so different about me. I asked her to give me the number to their corporate office and she gave me a number that is not in service. She was very rude and walked me to the door, implying that I needed to leave. I've worked in retail management for 12 years now and I know as a manager she should have offered me some solutions to a problem they created, but she didn't. That's not good business management, especially when the economy is horrible and ppl aren't spending money on jewelry like in the past. No to mention the other reviews I see from ppl of color stating they received HORRIBLE customer service also.

        I cant say enough about the manager Rachel at this store. She is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. I had a bad experience before, but she went above and beyond to help me. She should never leave this location!

        We have purchased many pieces with this location and have always had great service. Recently wanted to add a band to my wife's wedding ring to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Rachel was amazing through the design process and their jeweler was very accommodating when I wanted to make adjustments to the design. The ring turned out beautifully and my wife loved it.

        Curtis went above and beyond with assisting my now fianc in finding a ring for me. He also provided amazing customer service when I needed to get it resized. He was friendly, welcoming and overall one of the best people I have met in retail. Im so glad that he shopped with Jareds.
