        I love it! I came across the Landing at Pearland by chance one day while on Facebook. I inquired about some information and the next day I got a call from Brittany asking if I wanted to come out and see the property. I came out and looked at the property and absolutely loved what I saw. I had a couple of houses here that I was interested in and decided that I would take some time and think about it. Well, after a few days of thinking I just couldn't get this one specific property off my mind so I contacted Brittany and she put me in contact with Kenny and we started the process. Everything has been fantastic since then, I just closed on my property the day before Thanksgiving and everything has gone very smoothly! Happy to be here! Thank you Brittany and Kenny!

        The sales manager was bad and discriminated. After he interrogated me about what I could afford and I gave him a low figure just to see which way this went he really didnt want to show me any homes. Turns out my income can afford living here but Im glad to see what type of people Im dealing with out the gate. Ridiculous!!
