Rafaela is extremely knowledgeable and was super helpful through out the whole process. As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better person to work with than Rafaela, she explained things very well and was ready to address any questions or concerns we had. This has been a long time coming we first tried to start the process of buying a home years ago and now with the help of Rafeala Ruffino we are officially HOME OWNERS!!! There was still parts of this process where I truly believed I would be turned down but Rafeala went to work for me in so many ways so many times. I'm forever greatful for her expertise in Home Loans and especially her way of doing business. When it was all said and done I just had this smile on my face and this feeling in my heart that told me she really did have all of my best interest in mind when she helped me make all the important decisions. As a first time home buyer I am 100% satisfied with my home loan!!
